Apple Cider Vinegar Foot Bath - Some experts recommend foot baths in (apple cider) vinegar water. Some people have had success with this method; however, it is not validated by medical studies. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes in a mixture of one part apple cider vinegar to two parts warm water once a day. If irritation of the skin occurs, reduce the frequency to two or three times a week or lowering the concentration of the mixture.
